Lisa Doll is the owner of Rose Red Tattoo. She specializes in custom colorful, whimsical, pop culture and ornamental tattoos , gemstone tattoos, and natural looking permanent makeup. She has a separate page for Permanent Makeup here: Lisa Doll PMU.  She focuses her work on subject matters such as floral, pop culture, fantasy, and ornamentation to create custom works of art and cover up scars.

She started her tattoo career in 2011 and has an AA degree in Visual Arts. She is an award winning artist who has advanced training and certifications in Permanent Makeup. She is committed to continuing education and evolution of tattooing and is a member of the Coalition of Tattoo Safety and certified member of The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. 

Her work has been featured in various media publications and articles including NPR radio station, AMA Journal of Ethics, and Patient Resource Magazine.
